“Could be better...”
I will start off by saying I was impressed by the initial communication upon setting up a service and them taking my car. I can't say the same after that unfortunately... It took them a while to give me the receipt and breakdown of service. Also they didn't clear the service light on my car after it was done.

“Great service”
Picked vehicle up at time agreed. Kept me up to date throughout mot, service and air con re gas. Dropped vehicle back off at my home. Absolutely love the option for the pick up and drop off service.

“Top Garage in Walsall, Brill Customer Service”
I have used many garages over the years & CCUK sits right at the top. Booked me at the last minute, glad my car went into an honest garage. Work was done in a timely manner. My Mercedes AMG went into a couple of reputable garages before this and they could not sort the issues out however CCUK were very quick to diagnose and carry out the repairs. Absolutely great service from this family friendly garage! Booked my car in online after reading the reviews. Must say I am in shock of how quick and professional the service was. My car was fixed and sorted within hours! 100% recommend, repair carried out was outstanding!
